NetApp copyoffload support in nfs driver for clustered ontap

Registered by Navneet

NetApp copyoffload is a special NetApp program which facilitates nfs file copy operations within a cluster on the server side. This will be a faster file copy operation within two different vservers or volumes. Use copyoffload to optimize create-volume-from-image
o Glance and cinder on same cluster but different volume
o Cinder cached image on same cluster but different volume

Copy offload is a special RPC implemented in Ontap that allows NFS clients to ask the server to copy data between volumes in the same cluster efficiently. The special binary will be developed by NetApp and distributed to its customers.
