cascade delete the backup with --cascade option

Currently don't allow backup to be deleted if there are incremental backups dependent on it. But some users may want to delete one backup chain with one key. We should add cascade optional argument to the API, if this flag is present, both the backup and their all children backups will be deleted compltely.
