Add the user_id attribute to the backup response
Registered by
Brin Zhang
Currently, the return of user_id is missing in the response of backup list and backup show, and project_id is returned in response. If I use this backup file to create a volume, I can't assign the volume to the corresponding user. I can only specify it under the project. One project is allowed to have multiple users or administrators, so it is necessary to return user_id here.
