Chromium multitiouch mouse

Chromium will support multitouch mouse gestures with no addtional configuration.
Two-finger pinch will shrink content. Two-finger expand will grow content. These will be implemented first.
Two-finger drag left will go back in browser history, and two-finger drag right will go forward. These will be implemented in a different stage.
