Chromium Human Theme

Chromium should have a "Human" theme to make it look more native to Ubuntu. This is something that can be developed before Chrome for Linux is released. This should be as simple as changing the blue interface elements to the Human theme's orange/brown.

Chromium does support GTK+ themes, under Options | Personal Stuff | "Set to GTK+ theme". This will at least pull in the base colors, though a full Human Theme would still be nice.
