This was available in some of the first releases of the extension - however it requires parsing an HTML file to derive the data, not a reliable method as there is not valid standard/syntax for these notifications. Ideally a simple Javascript parser that was smart enough to extract Title, Body, and Image would be ideal. For now creating specific parsers for the more popular HTML5 websites (IRC Cloud, TweetDeck Web App, Gmail) would be used for this. After a common pattern can be discerned that would replace the individual parsers.
