Whilst gathering information about the integration of the public certification pages into the webapps project, Matthew Nuzum suggested that we should be focussing on the use of personas in our design process.
This specification extends that idea across the whole of the certification tools and aims to identify all the personas we should be catering for, as well as how we include these personas when planning developments.
