Improve coverage for sound

Review current practices for testing sound devices for certification testing and see if we can improve on our current testing processes for audio devices. This can/does include sterero plug, USB devices, Bluetooth audio devices, internal devices, and the test cases in checkbox flavors that make sure they are functional.
