Ceilometer can integrate some other monitors to enhance ability of monitoring

There are some restrictions in the function and performance of ceilometer monitor. Monitor functions are limited by the supported metrics in Ceilometer. Performance is also not so satisfied. There are some mature monitors like Ganglia and Sensu. They are used for monitoring high-performance computing systems such as clusters and grids. They can supply more functions than Ganglia monitor such as application-level monitoring and can supply real-time monitoring records.

This proposal is targeting implementing a port to integrate different external monitors for enhancing the monitoring ability of Ceilometer.
