meters need to sorted and easely understood

The meter is increasing and now up to more than one hundred items. There is confusion about the same meters from diffrent agent,
take 'network.services.lb.member' from agent-notification and agent-central as an example,
1.if they are not the same, which one is more reliable?
2.if one of them is continuously missing, how can we perceive one agent has some problem?
3.cann't get the meters from one agent by ceilometerclient or directly from db.

Therefore,I suggest that we add the meters with one tag to indicate its source or purpose such as the agent-name.
Then，we can use "-s agent_name",
1.to get all meters by agent-ipmi, exec‘#ceilometer meter-list -s ipmi’
2.to get samples of one meter by agent-central, exec‘#ceilometer sample-list -m Meter_Name -s central -l N’
