Adds memory usage metrics implementation in the Hyper-V Inspector

Currently, there is no implementation for memory usage in the Hyper-V Inspector. This can be added, since Hyper-V can measure the amount of memory instances are using and those values are associated to each instance as a Msvm_AggregationMetricValue object. This feature is particularly helpful if the instances are configured to use dynamic memory.
