Paul's team are ready to create a custom AMI for the cbuild cloud auto builders. The plan is to start with a pristine AMI, add the standard packages, use that AMI as the base, then still add the private data and any updates with each boot.

Take the current slave scripts, split out the base configuration and packages, and share.
