Use insight from FSI demo to create the FSI solver class

Once we have successfully created an FSI example showing how the solid and fluid solvers can be linked, it will be convenient to abstract useful functionality into an FSI solver class. This blueprint will also serve to discuss specific additions to flow and twist to better facilitate the FSI class.
