Support rasterization of SVG files

I currently use Carve to write my SVG images, then Adobe Illustrator to export the SVG as PNG. AI doesn't seem to play nice with SVG files (clipping the right edges, for instance). Rasterization should be supported from within Carve itself to eliminate the need to use a separate tool which may interpret the SVG file slightly differently (the user expects to rasterize exactly what they see in the Preview window).
