Keep the side panel on top
The side panel auto-hide when Cardapio is open and when the mouse isn't over the side-panel.
Well, that's no big deal, but with the "classical" menus bar of Ubuntu, it stays on top.
As it auto-hide, there's a "hole" between the top of the screen and Cardapio

Ok, this is more fit for a bug report than a blueprint, so I'm going to try to close this blueprint. (edit: apparently I can't delete blueprints?)
This bug is on my to-do list, though :)
