"Add to desktop" and "add to panel" context menu options

The ability to right click a shortcut to an application and add it to the panel or to desktop is gone, would be nice to still have that option.

Yes, I plan on adding those options to the context menu. But I have to do some research on how other programs accomplish that.

If anyone would like to help, linking here the right part of the source code for those programs would be great :)
