Action Points
Instead of having a real time strategy game, where you can watch your units work, we decided that it shall be possible to save up time, so that you will only have to play the game about once a week if you do not want to play more often. You can then spend the saved time on travelling, working, harvesting, etc.
Every day at a certain point, each player receives 24 action points. This amount can vary, for example if a player has a cook.
If a player's caravan has settled next to a resource, that player can decide to spend for example 20 action points, harvesting that resource.
A player can maximum have up to 10 times the amount of Action Points he or she gets a day.
A player can maximum spend 72 Action Points a day. But this amount can be increased.

When a player decide to spend some AP harvesting a resource, the yield depends on how many workers that player has, how skilled they are and how well they are equipped.
One standard worker, will produce ½ resource pr. AP.
This can then be upgraded by ½ several times, with a maximum of 3 amount of a resource pr. AP.
If a player has more than one worker of the same type, only the best one will provide the maximum yield, all the rest of the workers will only provide half the amount they would provide if they were alone.
