Acheivements and XP

XP is earned solely through achievements. Achievements does not resemble what is often known as quests in other games. They are simple one-time goals, like: Mine 1000 ore in total, or collect 50 wood in one day.
Another type of achievement could be: Have a total of 100 AP in your APP (Action Point Poll) or raid 100 caravans in total.

When a player hires a new unit, that unit will be up to the level of the player's main unit divided by the total unit cap.
The main unit raises level depending on how much xp that enter the total xp poll.
The main unit needs as much xp to raise a level as a normal unit timed with the maximum unit cap.
