Implementation of a 'Help Guide'

I would be a transcendant idea if a user friendly, yet helpful help guide was incorporated into the Cappella program. This would give insights into the program which are not already mentioned, as well as aiding the user if they become stuck.
A definable feature, such as a toolbar can be used for users to define what their stituation is, in the hope of returing results which can help them along the way.
