Global matrix for camera position

A global transformation matrix should be able to provide camera position, orientation, and direction. However, this should be an optional transform guarded by a conditional indicating whether it is in use because it will be relatively expensive to apply it to all points. Also to consider: separate transformation matrices for each object.
