Student Journal System

The goal is to provide a new object, called a journal, where students can post their daily work in a given class; the journal will be owned and edited by the student; journal entries may be associated with a competency or skill driver as evidence of having completed it; once the student submits the journal for review by a teacher, it will be locked until the teacher unlocks it; messages by both teachers and students can be appended to any journal entry; these messages will support threading.

We decided to scrap this until we actually need it (alla XP). We developed the message system instead which does have threading.
