Implement a DHCP and DNS Server

My suggestion for that job would be dnsmasq, because of its simplicity (only one config-file). In the web-frontend, it shall be possible defining interface and range of dhcp server. DNS features are offered by the local /etc/hosts. Both features should be possible to switched on or off by the webinterface.
