Standardise the names used within CalcPad to describe the document

CalcPad currently has a somewhat lax approach to the jargon used both within the code and the interface itself. This needs to be clarified into set descriptors to prevent confusion for users and developers alike, and also to make it easier to design in new aspects.

The following terms should be used across the CalcPad application:
Pad : The complete file, essentially a collection of sheets and a few universal bits of information.
Sheet : Containing the title block details and the layout of the calculations.
Line : The elements which make up a sheet.
Aspect : The common interface which defines a line, i.e. Equation or Paragraph.
