Calcpad needs some branding
Now that CalcPad is appearing on Launchpad, it's become more obvious that there are no icons or logos for the project. This should be sorted before the first packaged release.

Whiteboard
The CalcPad icon should be easily identifiable at 14x14px, therefore only two colours should be used. By preference these should be blue and black shades.
After experimenting with trying to get an image of a calculation pad down to this resolution, it seems to difficult to make anything too clear (with the skills at hand).
An alternative is proposed with the four founding mathematical operators (plus, minus, multiply and divide) in a grid. This can be reduced to the size of an icon clearly, while still being interesting at the full 64x64 Unity Thumbnail.
In Launchpad a full branded image does not seem to be too common, and so this will not be developed at this present time, while the appearance of the CalcPad is constantly evolving.
Following a review of this logo it was decided that it was too complex to execute as an icon, and had too many colors to be easily identifiable. A more simple brand has been adopted showing just a 'pad' with an 'equals' sitting within it.
