The dock should shows a little icon of any minimized window near the window's thumbdnail when minimized

I suggest to copy the OS X 's dock's behavior for the minimized windows that are identified by they thumb.

When severals windows are minimized, it's not very easy to identify them by there thumbs. Adding a small version of the windows' (X or launcher) icon in the bottom right corner, over the thumbs, would make the recognition easier.
