Improve the various config panels:
simple-config panel (merge with theme-manager)
launchers panel (make it more powerful, allow main-docks and applets config, dock renaming, etc)
applets config (especially the 'configuration' tab when there is a lot of options, like System-Monitor, maybe separate in 2 or 3 tabs)
