Carefully chosen default options

I think that our current policy of having every option in the preferences menu disabled may not be the best course. We may wish to think about having some of Caffeine's features enabled by default. Currently, Flash activation is the main one that I think would be so widely useful that it should be turned on right after install. As we get new auto-activation features (OpenOffice presentation, Skype call), we might want to consider whether or not to enable those by default as well.
