Add tooltip for the status icon that shows status information.

It would be useful if the user could hover over the caffeine icon to see why its activated, because right now its not possible to tell if it's activated for a set time or indefinitely. It should be possible to hover the mouse over the status icon and see why it has been activated and for how long.
