Implement keyboard shortcuts to control Caffeine

There are some situations where it would be useful to activate Caffeine with a keyboard shortcut. I haven't really thought about it. Perhaps there should be different shortcuts to turn it on and off. Maybe there should also be a shortcut to activate for a limited time. It would be nice if the shortcuts could be configured as well, even if only through a config file.

I have done some digging, and adding a global hotkey is harder than you might think. There doesn't seem to be a standard way to do this, but I've stumbled across a blog post by a programmer named Luca Bruno who seems to have a way of doing this using Xlib and PyGTK. http://lethalman.blogspot.com/2008/12/global-keybinding-on-x.html
