Execute scripts/programs on activate and deactivate

Registered by pragmattica

On the 1.0 linux.reddit.com thread, the user colinnwn suggested a new feature:
http://www.reddit.com/r/linux/comments/9wake/caffeine_for_linux_10_released_now_able_to/

He wanted to be able to set up Caffeine to automatically run some script when Caffeine activated somehow (perhaps auto-activated), and then run a different script when Caffeine deactivated. I'm a little uncertain about this feature, though I guess it could be useful. Perhaps this should be something that we expose through a dbus interface rather than the GUI?

The freedesktop.org ScreenSaver Dbus API should be used directly for this.
