DOAP Module for Bazaar

It would be pretty cool if Bazaar had a plugin that worked like the following:

(1) %: bzr [ commandName ] [ DOAP file path ];
(2) Bazaar scans the DOAP file for repository URLs;
(3) Do something with those URLs, if desired—branch, checkout, browse, or whatever.

DOAP largely overlaps with a lot of Launchpad's RDF-Metadata for projects. Personally, I love Launchpad. So I put in a Blueprint for Launchpad to convert their RDF metadata to DOAP and then add anything missing under LP's own namespace. BUT—one should not have to be using Launchpad to use Bazaar, right? DOAP has been around for a few years and it would be beneficial for both DOAP and Bazaar if there were a plugin for this. DOAP's homepage is http://trac.usefulinc.com/doap .

(In case anyone is wondering, I'm *not* affiliated with DOAP in any way…other than being a fan of an extendable open format specifically designed for Open Source projects. :-)
