Better plugin management

It would be great if there were a way for Bazaar to check officially registered plugins without having to open a browser. What's more, it would be doubly great if there were an “update all” feature that would automagically update all installed plugins to the latest (stable) version.

Speaking of which, listing the project status of each plugin would be pretty crucial for such a feature. Ideally, a user could specify their default preference for plugin status (“Mature”) and opt-in to less stable branches on a per-plugin basis (e.g., “Experimental” or whatever).
