Bazaar and CRLF management

We need to use bazaar-ng in a mixed scenario (HP-UX,Linux and XP) to develop our projects (migrating from CVS).
With CVS is possible to manage CRLF because CVS separate binary from ascii files in add phase (-kb parameter)
When you download (co) with CVS client in an XP machine CR is automatically added to ascii files (and removed when you commit)
We need such a mechanism in bazaar otherwise it will be impossible to develop in this mixed scenario
checkeol plugin is useful but not sufficient
