Remove empty pipes (that have been merged)

A subset of the pipes may have been accepted for merge and now in the submit branch.
It would be great to be able to purge these as a batch operation.
e.g. 10 pipes, 5 of which have been accepted. remove these five from local repo to focus on getting the last 5 that aren't merged.
