Add a GUI to select the files to ignore (similarly to the Add GUI)

Adding a new dialog to Bazaar Explorer to specify which files to ignore in the current tree would be very useful. Especially when one starts versioning a new folder containing a large number of files of which many should be ignored. The new dialog should be very similar to the "Add" dialog but should also show the last modification time and date for each file in order to ease the user to select the correct files without resorting to an external file manager or to the command line.

Moreover, displaying the last modification date also in the "Add" dialog would be very use useful too.
