scrolling and copy-mode

screen should have a scrollback mode that doesn't imply copying. (eg: similar to standard shift+page/down) terminal functionality.
the existing ^a [ and ] should stay the same, but in addition alt+page up/down (or whichever keybinding...) should scroll up, and down; and when you reach the bottom or press alt+end, it goes back to live scrolling. hope this is clear. cheers.
ps: this isn't possible with just a .screenrc (AFAIK). you would have to patch screen itself.
