Separate fishing for info in the database from the web query

So far, when finding arrivals or bus stops all the work is done by the AsyncTask before creating the fragment, both in web fetching/scraping of information and lookup in the database. It should be much better to search the database after the web, inside the fragment; this has some advantages, like auto-update of info from the ContentProvider, but it is very complex and need to be planned carefully
