Evolving Behaviour through Genes and Mutation

Each human character will have their behaviour determined by their genes. Roughly speaking, each character will be capable of performing a list of actions. When an event happens, it will modify their desire to perform each of these actions. When a character chooses which action to take, it will choose randomly, but a more desirable action will have a higher chance of being chosen. The amount that each event changes the desire to perform each action is determined by the gene pool. When a character dies or the game ends, the characters score will determine whether this genetic make up is used for further breeding.
