Bug Description

innobackupex calls the tar utility unconditionally when streaming ib_lru_dump and xtrabackup_galera_info. Which of course leads to a broken stream when the xbstream format is used. So the xbstream utility fails with the following error when trying to extract the stream:

xb_stream_read_chunk(): wrong chunk magic at offset 0x4829a2.

innobackupex should use $stream_cmd instead of calling the hard-coded "tar" utility.
