Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start the ubuntu installer from the CD
2. Choose Ubuntu MAAS installation or Enlistment
3. Continue with the installation process until the option to manually enlist this node into a MAAS server shows up
4. Choose to manually enter an address
5. Enter foobar as the address
6. Continue

What happens:
The installer sends a signal to kill all processes and powers off the machine. When the machine is rebooted, it doesn't enlist itself in the MAAS server

What should happen:
The installer should say there's no MAAS server at the address and ask the user to try again with a different address.

affects: maas (Ubuntu) → maas-enlist (Ubuntu)
Changed in maas-enlist (Ubuntu):
assignee: nobody → Canonical Server Team (canonical-server)
