Bug Description
In order to make some custom patches to fix inhouse issues we want to rebuild the spec files. You build rpms for percona-toolkit but there's no .src.rpm and also the .tar.gz file has no spec file which rpm _could_ use to build the rpm files. Please provide this to make it easier to modify the "source" if needed, and then later we can possibly provide the patches back to you once we're happy with them.

If this is as easy as putting the spec file in the release, I will do so next release (which will be 2.1.1 in early April).
