Use libaudio implementation from TI omapzoom

Bug Description

At present, LEB comes with stripped down version of libaudio, which invokes ALSA ioctl calls directly. However, in order to make LEB model really work, it is better to take the HAL from landing team. To prepare such transition, we should take the implementation from git.omapzoom.org and move into git.linaro.org.

TI's implementation depends on alsa-lib. Linked and built ok for Pandaboard now.
Expected output:
 - changes against manifests
 - device/linaro/pandaboard commit by cherry-pick (paths are different) ?

Add external/alsa-lib and modify linkage to static library since only alsa-omap4 depends on it.
