Bug Description
Binary package hint: linux-kernel-devel
When I tried to install linux-kernel-devel (which is in main), I received an error. Upon investigation, I discovered that it depends on the liberror-perl package which is in universe. I was able to install linux-kernel-devel after enabling the universe repository, but it doesn't seem right to me that a package in main would depend on a package in universe.

It's not linux-kernel-devel that depends on this, it's git-core.
