Bug Description

Binary package hint: drizzle

Currently in order to get auth_file to work properly one must change /etc/drizzle/conf.d/auth_file.cnf to this:

plugin-remove=auth_all
plugin-add=auth_file

Also the default auth-file.users value is /etc/drizzle.users , but this should be /etc/drizzle/drizzle.users, which needs to be set like this:

auth-file.users=/etc/drizzle/drizzle.users

  * patches/fix-user-option.patch: Merging fix from upstream elliot
    branch to enable --user option. (LP: #740583)
  * drizzle.upstart: use --user option to set user to drizzle
    (LP: #739778)
  * drizzle.preinst: fix permissions on /var/lib/drizzle if user ran a
    version prior to this and ran as root.
  * drizzle.upstart: change start on to just start on runlevel [2345]
    so that switching from single user to multi works (LP: #756787)
  * conf.d/auth-file.cnf: ship working configuration (LP: #739837)
  * drizzle.upstart: pipe output to logger to catch plugin problems.
  * drizzle-plugin-auth-file.postinst: create drizzle.users file with
    random password using pwgen (added to deps in control).
