Bug Description

When I tested unity on revno 948:

revno: 948 [merge]
  [a11y] Emitting the signal 'children-changed'

Orca reacted properly when you interact with the Launcher (speeching out the selected icon selected and so on)

Today I tested unity on revno 963 and this was not working.

At least 6 commits related to the Launcher or the launcher key nav are included in this range, so probably something of the keynav information used from the accessibility code has changed.

Requires further investigation.

Note: I also realized that there were several keynav changes on nux itself, so probably this revno reference is wrong.

I will try a "working" unity revision with the current nux revision to check if this is the case.

I couldn't use the current last commit on nux with unity revno 948, as this doesn't compile, so I went to a older.

So:

Launcher accessibility support (at least tested with orca) works with the combination: (unity revno 948, nux revno 270)

But not works with the current one: (unity revno 965, nux revno 276)

Jay Taoko solved this bug as part of the last commits on nux (Thanks!)
