powerdebug does not run on IGEPv2 board

Bug Description

the powerdebug tool does not successfully run on the IGEPv2 board running Linaro.

The tool starts up and reports the following error....
Unable to find clock tree information at /sys/kernel/debug/clock.

Linaro image N (development branch) (GNU/Linux 2.6.37-1001-linaro-omap armv7l)

same case for beagleXM board.

The "Clocks" has a missing file (/sys/kernel/debug/clock)

The "Regulators" option appears to work

The "Sensors" option states `only in Dump mode`

actually debugfs is not mounted in the board so do,
mount -t debugfs none /sys/kernel/debug
then use the powerdebug tool
