Bug Description

With the spec at
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/cloud-server-n-ec2-cluster-compute
we're wanting to have cluster compute instances in 11.04.

The cluster compute instances use pv-on-hvm for disk and network io.
