should build a GTK3 version

So Robert and Rodrigo started work on that, current work is in lp:~rodrigo-moya/ubuntu/natty/libgnomekbd/2_91_2_release

Some comments about that update:
- the new version builds only with gtk3
- they changed the soname
- they didn't version the .pc or data files

The rdepends are gnome-settings-daemon gnome-control-center gnome-screensaver, we don't want to be forced to take those so we will need a new source for now

gkbd-capplet, libgnomekbd-common, and libgnomekbd-dev will conflict between versions and that needs to be sorted, suggestion:
rename those gkbd-capplet-3 libgnomekbd-common-3 libgnomekbd-dev-3 and make them conflict with the current binaries

On second though we can maybe keep the same source and update to gtk3 in the ppa if we transition the 3 rdepends, though?

I've added a note to https://blueprints.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/packageselection-desktop-n-gnome3 about that, let's keep it in the ppa until we decide to update gsd and gcc in the distro

let's close as fixed since that's not a new source but a new version and it's in the ppa for GNOME3
