Bug Description

Depends on:
  bug #622690

Blocks:
  bug #622753

This bug addresses a need in the latency testing blueprint:
  https://blueprints.launchpad.net/utouch-gesturetest/+spec/initial-latency-push

In particular, once we have a virtual device that can send/receive MT stream data (see bug #622690), we need to update our various uTouch libs/APIs to accept data at various points in the stack.

 * Xorg - Chase/Henrik

 * gesturetest - Chase
 * geis - Stephen

With this done, we'll be able to start recording performance data at various levels of the stack (and the stack as a whole). With that done, we can track historical data and monitor for performance regressions.
