Bug Description

Please sync ttf-kacst-one 3.0-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
ttf-kacst-one is the preferred font for the desktop for Arabic speaking users.
Formerly it was included in the ttf-kacst package. This version has been greatly
improved over the one we have in Lucid. Therefor getting this package is highly
desired. See bug #535582 for discussion.

I synced the package from Debian. I reviewed it, it's small, just ships a .ttf, so it looks ok for main. I suppose we want to at least make this a dependency of some language-support-* (or language selector), so I source-NEWed it into main.
